Based at 10 Bridge Health & Wellness Centre in Chester, Aktivs’ state-of-the-art facility houses some of the most advanced pieces of exercise equipment designed by Technogym, including ‘Kinesis’ & ‘Cardio Wave’. Alongside these, we have ‘Power Plate’ which uses vibrations to stimulate the muscles & further enhance training.

The gym is designed for 1-2-1 training & therefore provides individuals with an environment in which to work that is specific to their needs, making the whole experience a more enjoyable one.

In addition to the training suite, Aktiv operates as a mobile unit, & therefore gives clients the opportunity to work out in one of our affiliated gyms which include The De Vere Carden Park Hotel, or in the comfort of their own home.
