Getting started couldn’t be easier. Aktiv Personal Training not only operates from our base in Chester but also as a mobile unit. Therefore, the training can be carried out in the comfort of your own home, in your place of work (space permitting) or one of our other affiliated gyms. Whichever suits you best. (Costs may vary).
